Processing Time
All orders placed through iStrapClub are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer the following shipping options:

  •     United Kingdom: 5-8 Days
  •     Mainland Europe: 6-12 Days
  •     Australia and New Zealand: 6-12 Days
  •     Middle East: 6-12 Days
  •     Rest of the world: 6-15 Days

Please note that shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery time may vary depending on your location, carrier delays, and other factors beyond our control.

Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can track your order using the provided tracking number on our website or directly through the carrier's website.

International Shipping

We currently offer shipping to select international destinations. International orders may be subject to customs clearance procedures, which can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates. Please note that any additional customs duties, taxes, or fees incurred upon delivery are the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping Restrictions

Please be aware that we do not ship to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Additionally, we do not offer shipping to freight forwarders or reshipping services.

Order Changes and Cancellations

If you need to make changes to your order or cancel it after it has been placed, please contact our customer service team immediately. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but please note that orders are processed quickly, and we cannot guarantee that changes or cancellations can be made once an order has been submitted.
